Great Idea

My mother in law told me of a wonderful idea that she wished would happen. I wanted to share it all with you in hopes you can make it happen. When any of you Tim's friends or family run into our girls ( Katie or Jessie) instead of asking how their dad is doing can you possibly relate a positive thing Tim has said about them. For example your dad is sure proud of you.I know he bragged on his girl's all the time. Thank- you very much.
Now for a update on Tim's condition. Saturday was a good day he was able to joke with the girls when they came by the hospital for a few minutes and he had a few visitors that he was able to enjoy. Since then things have gone down hill rapidly Tim has been unable to eat anything or keep it down for the last 2 days and today is starting out even worse. Yesterday was the first day I saw defeat in Tim's eyes and it scared me. I have had nurses mention hospice to me which makes me even more scared. Tim tells me he is still fighting but I am beginning to wonder for what this is not the quality of life any of us wish for Tim. I am dreading the hard decisions I fear we will have to make in the near future. Still praying for a miracle I will keep you updated.. Kathy

My mind and heart are reeling with all this but please know we are praying often, every day, for that Miracle.

So don't give up, Cousin! You are so loved and we hope you draw strength from that love.

Hi Timmy, it's your Aunt Sue. I want to tell you how much you are on my mind, both you and Kathy and your two beautiful girls. What a wonderful thing you gave us all Tim, your wife, your girls and most of all you. I am sorry I missed seeing you the day I came through Redding, you were up with your family to Mt Shasta, being the cheerleader and great dad and husband as usual. Believe it or not Timmy I took lessons from you every time I visited Redding on the July 4th Celebrations. I have learned to listen, be gracious and most of all I have learned to love my family with all of my being. I hope you are comfortable and full of hope, because I am, Timmmy, and I will remain so. There are never the right words for these things so I will not pretend to say things that I think you might want to hear. But I will tell you this Timmy, I have loved you from the day you were born, I have watched you grow and I am amazed at the man you are today. I am truly your fan, and I don't take my "fanship" lightly :). So know that I am praying, shouting at and begging God to watch over you and your family. Here is my phone # in case you have any good advice for me...503-472-8608, feel free to call me at any time, if you can get those nurses to hand you the phone. I am right here with you, every day and I need you to know how much I love you. We never say that to each other enough do we Timmy. I love you, my sweet nephew, get some rest now, I have talked your ear off. Just know that even though I am not in that room with you, I am in that room with you. Much love to you, my love, kisses to your girls and huge hug to Kathy. Lovingly, Aunt Sue

Tim, Kathy, Jesse and Katie, We are praying for all of you and pulling hard for Tim. He is one of the finest men we have ever known. You are family to us and we love you. I hope it's ok, we contacted Silent Unity and asked for them to pray for Tim, too. The prayers travel around the world. We want the Lord to hear and give Tim a miracle. Please let us help you in any way we can. We want to. You all mean so much to us. The Ellis family, Robyn, Millie, Bethany and Emily.

my daddy//my hero:
Anyone who knows my dad, will completely agree with me when I say he is probably the most humble man anyone could ever meet. Always putting everyone before himself, and always crackin a joke to brighten the mood. He would do anything for my sister and I...we are his pride an joy. He's like a second father to a few of my best friends and he loves them as if they were a part of our family. My dad's a giver, a joker, and a man who stands up for himself....even if it means he's going to get a hard punishment. I dont want to be like my dad sometime, because i know i will be just like him. His blood is running through my veins and sometime I'm gunna he'll have an even clearer understand of how much i love him. Daddy;; forever in my heart you will always stay.

the love from a child to a father. my prayers are with you. i fall asleep thinking about it. and wake hoping for your family. i feel honored to have met such a wonderful person and strong close family. in the short time i knew him he changed my life. i pray to god someday i will be able to see him again.

Timothy

God knows what's in your heart
and what you need before you ask.
Even when you
don't know for sure, God knows,
because He knows you.
He knows the outcome
of every situation,
and He's guiding you
even when you might feel
that you have lost your way.
He knows how much you can bear,
and He will give you strength
and fill you with His grace
and blessings
as He walks with you
every step of the way.
He is surrounding you
with His love
and holding you gently
in the palm
of His hand.

I will always hold you in my heart,
Mom

Dear Kathy,

I don't know how you will take this, but... I cannot think long on your situation without breaking down in tears. I cannot help but imagine that this is just what my mother went through when my dad was diagnosed with cancer. It was so sudden and unexpected a diagnosis when the visit was for headaches.

I have asked all of my friends to pray for your family. I am hopeful that your situation will be more a Job thing, with a happy ending for being faithful.

May the Lord bless you all with peace, courage, strength and patience.
